JW Construction and Property Maintenance has 25 years experience in the building industry, including time spent as a qualified Lecturer in local Colleges, teaching students and apprentices all aspects within the Building Trade but predominately the Brick Laying Courses.
JW Construction & Property Maintenance is led by Jason, a highly experienced builder known locally for his integrity, reliability and hands-on approach.Over the years, he has built a strong reputation across Thanet for delivering work that is both structurally sound and visually precise.
Jason only works with tradespeople he trusts, ensuring every aspect of a project meets the same high standard. His commitment to clear communication means clients always know what to expect, with regular updates provided throughout the build.

Restoration and General Repairs
Jason has also spent many years rebuilding and restoring old brick walls built with lime mortars and has also built and renovated more traditional built houses. Jason also carries out general maintenance repairs for many landlords, via a local lettings agent.
