The base was carefully prepared using a Type 1 sub-base to ensure long-term stability and each porcelain slab was fully primed before installation to maximise adhesion.

The patio was laid in a brick-style pattern, creating a modern, sleek finish and the joints were completed with a liquid resin, giving the patio a clean and durable appearance.
